Meet Lucy

Dreamer, deep believer in all things beautiful and good. Lucy's mantra: Do everything from love. With a career starting in catering then to floristry and event management, it's no wonder she adores weddings.

Lucy dreamt up the idea of Wiskow & White with co-founder and wedding planner Danielle the day after her wedding. The duo wanted to create Italian weddings that were in-depth Italian experiences, guest-centric and truly personal to the couple. From the start their values were centred around transparency and care and that hasn't changed.

For the past 10 years Lucy has led Wiskow & White to create hundreds of gorgeously-unique weddings Italy-wide while more recently founding La Lista. Recognised across Italy for their passion, style and and expertise in the creation of Italian weddings, the team go from strength to strength.

Lucy has a natural ability to deeply understand people which allows for ease and authentic relationships with couples and vendors. This culminates in perfectly flowing, intimate feeling weddings that are full of fun, style and joy perfectly suit each of our individual couples.

Lucy’s carefully built a team who have the same skills, values and approach - spend 5 minutes with the team and you’ll quickly realise that this is more than a job. Weddings and people are their passion. The team care deeply, and are head over heels in love with Italy. Empowering people to enjoy Italy like they do is what it’s all about.

Wiskow & White is an intimate team of three wedding planners, designing and delivering a select number of celebrations each year together, with care and intention.

Across Italy, we collaborate with a trusted network of local planning assistants whose regional insight enhances every event.

While our extended team supports each celebration, every wedding is personally led and produced by our founder ensuring a seamless, considered experience defined by precision and artistry.

Giusy supports the team on logistics and Italian supplier management.

Giusy’s worked at Wiskow & White for the past 4 years and at over 60 Italian weddings. She loves the satisfaction of seeing an event come to life.

Giusy thrives when clients and guests are happy, things are meticulously organised and vendors are delivering epic wedding days.

In her free time you’ll find Giusy with her children, cooking for her family, renovating her home or at the beach!

Maila loves to find harmony within planning. She’s a calming presence, solutions focused and very quick to make things happen.

In her free time you’ll find Maila at the gym, planning her own wedding, or spending quality time with friends.

Lead planner at Wiskow & White, Lucy oversees all our weddings and guides the team.

Lucy’s planned over 300 Italian weddings and loves nothing more than watching a couple enjoy the incredible day they’ve crafted. Lucy thrives when managing her team and her weddings.

Before weddings, Lucy led teams at household-name brands to deliver marketing strategies.

In her free time you’ll find Lucy walking in the Surrey or Tuscan hills with her son Ziggy, drinking tea and working on her vision board, exploring the local charity shops or at the gym at a dance class.
