Guidance through civil / religious ceremony requirements and support on paperwork steps in Italy as well as translation of key meetings / the ceremony as required
Full creative styling of your wedding events with stylist on the wedding day
Production and maintenance of key wedding documents for communication between ourselves, your suppliers and your guests

We’ve produced hundreds of Italian weddings, no two ever the same. We’ve seen a lot but we certainly haven’t seen it all and we love nothing more than thinking up new and unique atmospheric moments for each of our weddings.

Commission Transparency Statement
At W&W, transparency and integrity are central to how we work with our clients, vendors, and venues.
Occasionally, we are offered commission or referral fees by vendors or venues. These payments are part of their standard pricing models and do not increase the cost you pay. Whether you book a service directly or through us, the price remains the same — vendors do not offer the commissions as discounts for bypassing a planner.
W&W may accept commission payments at our sole discretion. Any commission received is used entirely at W&W’s direction — whether reinvested in your wedding to provide added value on your wedding day, or to support the resources that make our service exceptional.
Importantly, these commissions have no influence on which vendors or venues we recommend. Every recommendation we make is based purely on what we believe is the best fit for your event, your style, and your priorities. Your best interests are — and always will be — at the heart of everything we do
